Bod headed over to the barista and leaned against the counter. He didn't...really know what to talk about but he eventually started a conversation about the baked goods. The barista seemed a little bored wit the conversation but Bod made sure to look back at Kate and even pointed a few times to make it seem more real.

After a few moments, he excused himself and came back over to sit next to Kate.
